Fit out included 153 Guestrooms, Reception Lobby, Bar & Restaurant, and Conference Centre. Working within a tight budget the rooms are designed to reflect the tradition of the hotel with a residential feel. The selection of new soft furnishings and finishes while reusing the existing case goods reflect the colours & movement of the Botanical gardens below. The Public Areas are exorbitant in traditional elegance & relaxed comfort to reflect the Hotel’s history.
