Refurbishment of 16 Holiday 1 & 2 Bedroom apartments. Full Interior Design, Procurement, Project Management of building works and placement fitout of FF&E. A run down 60’s building and old holiday furnishings was given a new lease of life on a tight budget. Retaining the shell and flooring JHD created a totally new environment with a fresh coat of paint, new bathroom vanity, mirror, tapware & accessories plus lighting. New furnishings were then introduced into the space reinventing these seaside holiday apartments.
